Paul Benequista

Mr. Benequista, Manager, is a seasoned financial executive with over 30 years’ experience gained through corporate roles, independent and consulting firm engagements. His expertise includes financial planning and control, corporate finance, controllership, contract development, evaluation and compliance, financial evaluation of new and ongoing businesses, and efficient and effective deployment of resources.

Mr. Benequista’s consulting experience includes contract development with a focus on services scope and measurement for both government and private clients, financial measurement, cost control including supply chain, and the efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. Clients included the Department of the Air Force.

The majority of Mr. Benequista’s corporate career was spent with two major contract services companies serving as operational controller, among other roles. In both companies, he evaluated current and emerging business from a profitability, cash flow and achievement of budget perspective. Mr. Benequista also spent a significant portion of his corporate career on the efficient and effective management of personnel and systems.

Mr. Benequista served as a Director of Finance for Sodexo, a global contract services company. Sodexo acquired Marriott’s contract services business, where he spent the majority of his Marriott career. His experience also includes working with a big four consulting firm.

Mr. Benequista is a CPA and holds an MBA from State University of New York at Albany and a B.B.A. from Siena College.
